This is a super high-quality remanufactured part for your 1.9 liter Vanagon. The air flow meter is completely torn down and each piece is inspected, tested, and replaced at the component level. Rebuilt units are then tested and calibrated to OE specs before being shipped to your door. If your AFM (air flow meter) is giving you a hard time, pick up a rebuilt unit and put those worries behind you.

It is important to recognize that the running issue with your vehicle may not be the air flow meter! Installing this unit may or may not make your vehicle run better, and it might run worse if the culprit is some other component.
