Replaced your stereo head unit, and now the rear speakers sound like crap? You might need this floating ground adapter.

The best way to tell if you need one of these is if there are only three wires running from the stereo to the rear speakers. If so, that means the two rear speakers share one wire, which modern stereos do not like. That is what this magic box fixes. It has four wires that connect to the stereo’s four wires (for the rear speakers), and only three that hook up to the three wires in your Vanagon go back to the speakers. Voila! Crystal clear sound!

Fits: All years of Vanagon, however most 1985 and newer vans do not require this. Please verify your van's needs prior to ordering.
