Brand new and made right here in the USA. Nice.

In the course of building front differentials, decouplers, and transaxles, we sometimes encounter flanges that are in pretty rough shape—ones that need to be taken out of service. As the years have ticked on by, we have seen the availability of really nice quality original units begin to dwindle. In an effort to avoid messing around with machining second-rate flanges, we contracted to have a batch of these made for us right here in the USA. They are very high quality, include a brand new OEM dust shield, and both are yellow zinc-plated for good looks and corrosion resistance. So, if you you have a mysterious vibration even after installing a brand new driveshaft, look carefully at the flanges. You might have a flange that has a goofed up mating surface (which is actually quite common from letting the driveshaft drop inadvertently during removal). No worries, GoWesty has brand spankin' new ones!
