Lucas and co…
The Westy arrived in fantastic shape, save for a few not so small pests plastered to the windshield from two weeks on interstates. I’ll send a picture as soon as I can with some iconic Washington landmark in the background! I haven’t been able to drive it much yet, but I’m looking forward to getting out of the city and heading for the Bay or the mountains for some great cruising/camping in the near future. Passed inspection with flying colors, and the AC is humming fine, despite 100 degree heat here! The engine seems awesome, as does the suspension. Thanks to everyone at GoWesty for delivering such a great vehicle.
Thanks,
Brad

Lucas,
Just a note to say hello and happy holidays. Also, since I think you said to me once that mostly you hear complaints, want to let you know that the Westy is doing well and hasn't really skipped a beat in the 17 months since arriving. I've put about 15,000 miles on the vehicle cruising the back roads from West Virginia to Vermont.
Here's a picture at our place in Vermont.

Hi Lucas,
Haven’t been in touch for a while, so just wanted to drop a line. (And give some positive feedback).
The camper is running great… no big problems at all since the mysterious computer failure a couple of years ago, though the van seems to be a bit drippy in terms of oil and coolant. But I keep on top of that.
We’ve been doing a fair amount of family camping in Vermont and environs, although the van has been terrific as a staging area for a group of us who go on regular mountain biking trips, year-round, especially its ability to keep IPAs cold and ready after a long ride. It’s also been a great “dressing room” and warming room for my daughter, who regularly competes in horse shows in frigid New England barns and needs a place to get warm and/or change clothes. It’s just a great addition to the family.
Hope all is well at GoWesty…
Best,
Brad
