Pete and Kim purchased this 1990 Syncro Westy from GoWesty back in 2007, click here to check out the details. Fast forward 7 years, and it was time for some freshening up! So, they shipped her out from Florida for some go old fashioned GoWesty TLC and some new upgrades.
We took the exterior completely apart and did a full exterior restoration including textured our GoWesty black texture treatment and the latest state of the art GoWesty bumpers. While the van was being re-assembled we installed a brand new windowshield and window/bodyseals all around, GoWesty hook-up boxes. We also upgraded their old body mounted swing away tire carrier with our newly designed universal carrier system and replaced their once roof mounted solar with the 80 watt portable GoWesty system.
On the interior side of things we added sound deadening material, new leather door panels.
Mechanically we performed our standard 30,000 mile major service, installed one of our GW-EFI component replacement kits, a new stainless steel muffler, stainless steel coolant lines, all new rear brakes, and more.
